I'm small (ok maybe I'm medium) and could fit into carry on luggage. I could pretend to be a seeing eye cat.

Besides tuna do not swim near the UK - waaay to cold I hear. Meanwhile, how do you feel about PB? Maybe you could go if PB would do ... but they have some hairy rules re importing animals over there. You might be in quarantine for longer than the stay would last! BAD news.
